When Dragons and Wizards roamed the Earth; there were always wars to control the Far Lands. After the greatest battle of them all; Pravaldo the evil Wizard is overthrown by the Great Rostus; and thus cast into eternal imprisonment; encased in ice, along with his army of Gromes. Two thousand years the land lived in peace; until the eve of the coronation of the Ice Princess. Pravaldo steals the eye of Alando; a magical stone that hold the Dragon�s fire. He uses it the free his army of Gromes and unleashes terror upon the Kingdom. He sets about his evil plan to escape back to the land of the Mortals. Pravaldo captures the Princess; but she sends Ralph a magical Snowman, to find the boy who holds the key.

Thomas and Jessica have been to stay at many care homes, since the tragic death of their parents. Thomas has strange dreams about wars and a kingdom covered in ice. Thomas is fostered by the evil Roes, who use him to break into people�s homes, and steal their possessions. One night, he escapes and finds himself wondering through the forest; and it is there, that he meets Ralph; and he informs him, that he is the chosen one, to help restore peace to the Kingdom.

And so begins a magical adventure, which takes Thomas to places beyond his wildest dreams. Can they overthrow the Evil Wizard and restore peace to land of Churron? And can Thomas find the Hero, which is trapped within him?
