Every page in "Kid's Medical Records" is
designed for specific records pertaining to different aspects of a
child's medical history from birth to 10 years of age.
In today's world it is more important than ever for children to grow
up having a great deal of medical knowledge about themselves. What
better way to make this happen then to give them the gift of their birth
record, growth chart, family medical history, immunizations, doctor
visits, hospital stays, tests and check ups all conveniently grouped
together in one book?
There are places to record adverse reactions to medication and shots,
as well as specifics on where things like glasses and hearing aids were
purchased. There are several pages throughout the book where parents
can write in other "medical notes or notes of interest." These pages may
be used to record notes on special medical problems of the child, family
matters that matter, or just worldwide newsy notes that would help a
child in later years to be more aware of the world he grew up in.
Last, but not least, is a section entitled "Compare through the
Years." This section provides special records for children ages 3-10
to record "things that affect their well being." Parent's are
encouraged to fill in the blanks in the "attitudes" and "eats, drinks
and exercise" sections once each year, with their child's exact answer.
Since some questions pertain to school friends and school teachers, it
would be good to do this each year toward the end of the school
term.
Whether these pages bring joy to their hearts or tears to their eyes,
children will love the memories and will love their parent's for sharing
them through the pages of this book.
