Cute story about a man who loves quiet. His only companion is a parrot named Pedro who does not talk. One day a family moves in with a lonely little boy named Williams who goes to Mr. Bumble"s house and talks to the parrot through the window. Once Pedro learns to talk, Mr. Bumble doesn"t want him anymore, but maybe William will get the chance to own him.
