i have just had the misfortune to receive this book in a bookstart pack. I am astounded this book has been published and the author obviously does not have children herself. Is it really a good idea to write a story book (often read at bedtime) about scary animals hiding in your house? i have read this story to my 3 yr old and he is already playing in his bedroom talking about dragons in the cupboard and telling me he is scared when he goes to bed at night. Thanks stella blackstone - i would love to know what you were thinking when you wrote this one!
