Once upon a time there lived a happy family of twigs deep in the forest. Mama Ima Twig and Papa Big Twig were very close to their children, Berry and Berch (the twins), Tiny, and Baby Twiglette, as well as their dog, Stump. They all took very good care of each other and looked out for one another.

But there is trouble brewing in the forest. The wicked Witch Winnie has returned to make good on her promise to kidnap Baby Twiglette and turn her into a witch, a miniature version of herself. She manages to trap Papa Big Twig in a bear trap, but then help arrives in the form of forest animals who are as eager to banish Witch Winnie's wickedness from their forest as the Twig family is!

With a subtle message of how families can triumph over anything when they stick together, The Twig Tops: Thunder in the Woods pleasantly entertains and educates all ages.
