Hi All,
A day in the life of being a Foster Parent can be unpredictable and majorly stressful so in order to keep my much treasurred sanity I have decided to try my hand at writing. I'm presently at the last section of a course in writing for children with 'The Insitute of Children's Literature.' It's been an amazing adventure in which I have actually enjoyed creating the path I wore in my carpet. Who would have thought?
The last part of the course I chose to start a book so I'm about 1/3 of the way threw that. I have two other books on the go as well, both for adults and both tied to my passion of learning about Fetal Alcohol syndrome. Ones a how to guide and the other is based on a series of newspaper stories I followed for a few years. I hope to have them all finished and ready to publish in 2009.
