Hi, I am Tyler and I enjoy writing books. I haven't published one yet, but I'm trying to. So far I have written five fantasy books about dragons, and I am working on the sixth one. And I am writing a science fiction book about wolves, which I am working on. Through Kidnergarten to second grade my writing was horrible. I kept on trying and trying but each story I wrote got worse and worse. In third grade was when my writing really kicked off to a start. I wrote a short story about a fantasy wonder world where it was silent and a perfect relaxtion spot. My teacher was grading the papers we had wrote and then when she discovered mine, she called me to her desk. Oh no, I had thought. Another fail and she was going to tell me about how horrible the paper was. But it turns out she loved the paper, and she sent me to the office for the principal to take a look at it. The principal loved it. Later on that year, we were given our first writing benchmark. When the scores came in, I got the best score in my class. The next year in fourth grade I tried my best to improve my writing even more, and it worked out succesfully. In fith grade, I started my first book called Adventures in Koorkio. I worked on it day and night, but somehow, one night, I saved the book wrong on my computer and the next day when I came to work on it, it had disapperared. I was depressed. But I wouldn't give up. In sixth grade I restarted the whole book and tried to improve more on the detail from the last copy. I worked on the rough draft and then on to the final copy. The book was a sucess. No saving errors on the computer or anything. Now in seventh grade my book has became a five book series but continually expanding. I even started a novel that I'm working really hard on. I'm trying to get my books published, but it is pretty hard because either it is worth too much money, or I'm too young, or my book is the wrong genre to publish. But I keep trying, but I know that this is only the beginning.
