	Posie said: The first novel I remember. It was read to me in my first grade class. The impact of having characters come alive in my mind has never left me. I couldn't tell you if it truly was the story,and/or writing of Ms. Blyton, or the enthusiasm of my first grade teacher as she read to the class.
