Nancy Gettelman gently takes the reader into an ever twisting web of human desires and dark places of the mind as only a skilled author can do. Mirage is fast paced with highly believable characters that are increasingly enmeshed within a surprising and unrelenting plot. As the story progresses, the many twists and turns keep the reader easily and well engaged. The many psychological aspects of the characters are well thought out and piercingly accurate.
Originally planned for two sessions, delightfully Intrigued, I found myself compelled to finish this novel in one sitting.
Mirage is a must-read.
