I'm a retired elementary teacher having taught all grades K-8 at sometime in my career. I taught 5th grade mainly toward the end of my teaching. I retired in 2002. I have recently finished a book about my teaching experience in the inner city.

The other book is a Christmas Story for Children. It is non-fiction in that it is a wonderful magic story that happened to me as a child in 1944.

I have not tried to submit it yet to a publisher. Have considered self-publishing, but because of the illustrations in a children's book, it would be quite expensive. I've already received good advice that I will pursue but any help you can give me would be so appreciated.
