Books that entertain and delight children will create the next generation of readers. To that end, Tanglewood books are kidcentric, with messages that are subtle and secondary to telling a great story. Tanglewood books teach kids that books can be one of the greatest sources of entertainment. Tanglewood Press is run by Peggy Tierney and Stephanie Burgevin. Peggy has a BA in Comparative Literature from the American University of Paris, is a life-long voracious reader, has a 12-year-old son, and has been editing and publishing children's books in the UK and the US since 1995. Stephanie has a BA in English from Ithaca College and an MS in journalism from Ohio University. She and her two children are passionate book lovers. Stephanie has worked in all different aspects of journalism and publishing since the mid-80s.
