Raven Productions, Inc was established in 1995 with the production of The Ely Summer Times, a small magazine about the Ely area and the Boundary Waters. This summer edition brought encouragement for a winter edition and now the Ely Times is published twice a year with nationwide circulation. The Boundary Waters & Quetico Calendar soon followed � this lovely calendar has a loyal following, and is a "must-have" for many who love the area. We have steadily grown into a small but quality publisher. We are here because we truly love this area ... its people and the natural beauty of the Superior National Forest, the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness and the Quetico. Our dedication and loyalty permeates our business � we try to keep as much of our business in Ely and the area as possible. All of our books are printed and bound in Minnesota and are made with archival quality paper and perfect binding. This means our books may cost a bit more, and we believe the value to be worth it. As a small publisher we are able to give our publications and our customers quality products and service. It also allows us to give our authors a high royalties than larger publishers. We welcome new manuscripts and look forward to hearing from authors and customers.
