I started writing when I was thirteen years old. I just turned 26 in January 2010. I have seven books completed in two different series (Time Warriors Legacy and Lindsey Scott Thrillsteries). Those series were self-published from October 2007 until September 2009. When my dad passed away, I decided to stop self-publishing and try to find a traditional publisher. It was my dad's dream to see me sign with a publisher. I am now actively searching for an agent/publisher for my YA fantasy series "The Atlantis Revolution" (previously unreleased).


While self-publishing, I learned a great deal about the industry from the many great people I met along the way. I also garnered praise and fantastic reviews. The Man in the Moon, which is the first book in the Lindsey Scott Thrillsteries, was an Allbooks Reviews 2008 Editor's Choice in Fiction Award Runner-Up. The ReadersViews review of the book was featured in a blog on USAToday.com.

I traveled around the East Coast to promote my self-published books. I took part in events in Georgia, South Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Vermont. Before my dad passed away, I was working on scheduling trips to Arizona, Colorado, Texas, California, Oregon, and Washington. I love to travel and talk to people of all ages about reading and writing.


I have a B.S.Ed with a concentration in biology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania which is why my books always have biology in them. I am a seventh grade teacher and feel it is my mission to encourage kids to read and write, especially since I started writing books in seventh grade. I am a reader of young adult and suspense books.
