Hello All - I am glad that I found you!
By profession, I run a large Breast Imaging Center in Santa Monica, California. It is extremely rewarding work. However, my avocation is working with Birds of Prey, primarily peregrine falcons. I have lived with these birds since 1995 and have participated in many educational presentations with these magnificent birds.
I am very proud to say that I have written a picture book titled "Fidget's Freedom" whose main characters are juvenile peregrine falcons.
"Fidget" is an mpulsive bird/child who gets herself in trouble, but learns her lesson. She is a mirror for all kids and the child within us all. The illustrations were done by one of the most respected wildllife artists in Russia. A truely international endeavor!
The seqeul "Fidget's Folly" is completed and
ready for publication. I am looking for a trade publisher, but am considering self publishing as well.
