I'm Paige Smith and I'm a syndicated children's book review columnist in the Southeast. My monthly column, A Page in a Book, appears in parenting and family magazines in a range of markets in the Southern and East Coast areas of the U.S.

Created in 2005, A Page in a Book has won first place honors from the Parenting Publications of America (PPA). APB won the PPA Gold Award for Reviews in 2006 and 2007.

A Page in a Book is a "themed" book review/recommendation column. The reviews are non-critical and focus on the titles' positive pertinence to the monthly theme.

APB is currently sponsored by a national book vendor who supports my freedom to recommend any titles that I choose, including those that may not be carried in their stores or online outlet.
