WOW K.C.----that makes my kayaking adventures pale in comparison. I did go paddling on an intercoastal waterway one time and a dolphin jumped up right in front of me. Other than that the only things I see are carp,which are yucky fish,and the shoreline birds,etc. But still wouldn't trade it for anyt... more

Hi K.C.....thanks for your comments. Do you do whitewater,flatwater or both when kayaking?? I live near a HUGE (800 mile shoreline) lake,so all my kayaking is flatwater. I think I'm too old to tackle anything else. I love to paddle up into the coves where the jet skis and "big boys" can't go! My fa... more
