About Glenn
As a retired science teacher and high school principal from South Dakota, my books usually take on a Dakota flavor. I like to write about people and characters that I have known. From famous athletes, entertainers and movie stars to historic Indians, Santa Clause or horses, I try to tell a true story with a pinch of fiction. Some times a song happens. An example would be,"No snow in Kalamazoo" from the children's book called Global Warming Christmas. It is distributed by Sherwin Linton of Black Gold Records, a great recording artist that happened to be a character in a book I wrote called "the Hundred Yard Dash." Probably my best work is a book about a famous Missouri horse called, "Obituary of Charlie Whitehorse." My books occasionally contain innocent love, but are completely appropriate for young children and young adults. Just finished "The Electric Gas Station," which is silly story about two boys and two girls from Kansas that accidentally solve the energy crisis, using 9th grade science technology. It could very well be the answer. One will not know the secret unless one reads the 70 page novel.

Hi Eric,
My wife's name was Erickson before we married some fifty years ago. Do you have some Norwegian background? Have you ever heard of "lefse"?
