Hi, Julie. Thanks for the friend request. Your children's book reminds me of one of my grandson's and his blanket. Congratulations on you books. I 'm happy to meet you.

Hi Julie, thanks for accepting my invite. Creating a website isn't too difficult. If I can do it, so can you. Check out what I did at http://www.pennylockwoodehrenkranz.yolasite.com It's a "fr**" web site and if it works, I'll consider getting my own domain. It was fun to try to put it together... more

Peter S. Beagle will be at the Gadsden Public Library on September 3 @ 6pm. This will be a great evening!! He is so enjoyable and nice to everyone even though he has had such an incredible career as an author. If you're in Alabama, come see him - you'll be glad you did!

The Alabama Book Festival was great. Glenda and I had a wonderful time and we both want to go back next year. Well worth the trip!

Hi Julie, good to hear from you again and thanks for the nice comment. The “Mountain Man” piece you referred to was done in oil and is now in a private collection. I am considering having giclee prints made of it if you might be interested. I wish you all the best with your writing.

I will be promoting GADSDEN PUBLIC LIBRARY: 100 YEARS OF SERVICE at the Alabama Book Festival. The event will be on April 18, 10am to 4pm in Old Alabama Town, Montgomery, Alabama. This is a free outdoor event that promotes reading by bringing authors and the public together.

Thanks Julie. Not sure how much time I'll be able to spend on here, but 'tis lovely having access to it as I dearly treasure children's books. :)
