Gina Gold has written more than 30 children's books for Sesame Street, Dragon Tales, Baby Looney Tunes, Pajama Sam, and other internationally-known franchises. Her body of work includes Board Books, How-To Books, Activity Books, and Plush Toy sound modules and trading cards. Publishers include Scholastic Book Fair, Tangerine Press, Paradise Press, Advance Publishing, Hinkler Books, Judy O Productions, and Lyrick Publishing. Additionally, she co-wrote the animated pilot "Nancy Stellar" for the Cartoon Network, has been a staff writer on two primetime network sitcoms, and wrote the two-hour pilot episode of "Deconstruction: The Science of Building A House" for Discovery's Science Channel. Gina is an educator, an award-winning print journalist, and a humor essayist whose work has been featured on NPR and in "The Washington Post," and "First" Magazine. She is a member of the Writers Guild of America West and the Society of Children's Books Authors and Illustrators.
