The picture I have posted is the winning entry for the contest. She will be illistrating the entire story at publication. She is very talented, and at the age of 14 has a wonderful future ahead. A great thing you are doing !
Introducing kids to the artists behind their works must be a fine inspiration to them and I hope will give the next generation a good start in not only reading but the want to become a part of the story experience themselves.

Hi Pat! I wish I lived somewhere near CA because I'd LOVE to participate in the children's book festival!!! I LOVE getting my books into the hands of young adults, especially when I know they enjoy them and are looking forward to having something to read!
