About Barbara

I write nonfiction and picture book biographies, comptemporary middle grade, and YA historical fiction. I'm a recent graduate of Hamline University's MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults program. I have one book published--a nonfiction picture book entitled Birds in Your Backyard.
