Well, your concept certainly sounds interesting. First, make sure the text is polished and very kid-friendly (not too technical). Read it to some preschoolers and see what parts they respond to and which they don't. Then do another final draft to tighten it all up (it should be less than 1000 words--the less the better). Then you need to look for an agent. Agents are the best way to get a book published. You can check out the book "Children's Writer's and Illustrator's Market" to research agents or look at the follow sites online: www.agentquery.com or www.publishersmarketplace.com . You will want to draft a quality query letter to submit to agents. The first two resources will have great information on how to write a query. Once you have an agent, he or she will submit your manuscript to editors at publishing houses.
