About Andrea
I'm a 36-year-old freelance writer. I earned my BA in Mass Communications-Journalism from the University of S. Florida in May 2007. I have been interested in writing books for children for some time now, and am still learning about the craft. My first book was just published in December 2010, and I'm very excited about it! I have two adorable little dogs. They are my babies.

I'm not sure where I'm supposed to post news on the site, so I'll do it here. My first children's book is going to be published! It was picked up by Solstice. I'll update, and add the release date to my Events when I have one.
