Hello Everyone! Presently, I teach pre-k through third grade. This is a second career for me. I write and illustrate children's picture books ages 4-8 years. I am a published author (October 2007) and enjoy writing about children and animal adventures. I published my first novel, October 2008, for adult readers. What inspired you to write your book about whales? I've seen them upclose in San Diego and they are amazing creatures.

I usually think of whales as sound animals with poor vission but I'm sure they see quite well HAHAHA Your blue whale looks happy and inviting so I bet children of all ages love it . Nice to see your second career is going well.
