Rachel Reyna is owner of Reyna Education, Inc. and co-owner of Fisher Reyna Education. She has worked with Fisher Education, Inc. for fifteen years. Her services include K-5 training in reading, writing, math, strategic school-wide planning and classroom assistance to improve student performance on state assessments. Ms. Reyna’s background is in Elementary Education. She has 11 years of teaching experience and has also served as a school curriculum coordinator for the San Antonio Independent School District. In 2001 she founded Reyna Education, Inc. and has been independently contracted to assist in the publication of a number of educational projects. She and her business partner, Lois Fisher, have developed software with visual animations to teach reading comprehension strategies. She earned a Master of Arts Degree in Education with a concentration in Educational Leadership at The University of Texas at San Antonio in 1996 and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education with a minor in English at Incarnate Word College in San Antonio, Texas in 1991. She is certified in Elementary Education Grades 1-8.
