Hello Jessica, I'm Martha and I'm a far cry from 18 ... almost 3 1/2 x that, but I feel like I'm 17!! I suppose one's emotional age helps them deal better with their physical age. It's wonderful to by young and vibrant and filled with hopes and dreams, eagerness, inquisitiveness ... but do be carefull all those don't lead you down bad and wrong paths ... So now, you love reading ... what do you like to read? I like a lot of the old novels ... "My Friend Flicka, Lad A Dog, The Black Stallion, Ivanhoe, A lot of Jane Austen's novels, Huckleberry Finn, Tom Sawyer, To Kill A Mockingbird, The Old Man and the Sea, Moby Dick, A Tree Grows In Brooklyn, Where The Red Fern Grows, The Yearling" ... sorry, but I do tend to go on ... I've written several children's stories myself, a number of Middle Readers, Young Adult and a couple of Adult ... but none of mine have anything obscene, profane, immoral, vulgar, mystical or the like ... anybody and everybody can read my writings and let their young children read them too!! There's enough garbage out there that people are saying is "Literary Artistic" but to me ... most of it is garbage ... sorry if I offend anyone ... but I want everyone to feel comfortable with my writing and not be embarrassed or afraid to read my work ... I really want them and their family to "Enjoy It"!! Hope to hear from you ... and hope your reading something worth reading ... do you write any? My Oldest Granddaughter and Grandson write ... mostly poetry ... but I think they've penned a few short stories here and there too I think . Well, ... Stay Well, Keep Safe ...
