About Louise

I live in the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa. My passion for children's books was rekindled after my son was born some five years ago. After many visits to the library and purchasing lots of books for his own collection I became "obsessed" with them and couldn't seem to walk past bookshop windows without walking in and becoming absorbed in the great stories and wonderful illustration... I find it interesting that I've had a similar experience returning to my love of children's book illustration after having my daughter... I wonder how many of our fellow illustrators have renewed their love of children's illustration in this way. Our own kids certainly provide ... more

Hi Louise thank you for your kind comment.... Glad to hear she has read the Ronnie book we have some fables coming out this year wich have been on the kiddies programme bush radar on sabc2 they should be printed by the end of this year.
