About Tina
I've had an interest and appreciation in all aspects of the Arts since a very young age, excelling in this field and writing my first children's book at the age of 16 years old. Setting my goals aside at a young age, I landed a job working in the Entertainment Industry as an Agent's Assistant, at the same time continuing school in California. After getting married and having two children, I started my own business in 1986 and opened a studio called Show Biz Kidz, enabling myself and other professionals to help children in the Entertainment Industry. A few years after my third child was born, my family and I moved to Florida and soon after I wrote the Show Biz Kidz East Coast Guidebook, which remains available for the many parents requesting advice about this field.
My focus has been raising my three children, and helping them succeed and excel in their personal goals and artistic careers, as well as continuing to help other children and young adults. Two of my children are successful professionals in the Music Business. And I have the continuous support of my husband of 27 years, with my own goals and dreams as an artist.
I have many interests and enjoy sharing many of them through writing. I attribute the "spark and drive that I have at every waking moment" to my three children and my own beliefs.
Many artists throughout history to present day have helped open my eyes to see the impact one has on others by sharing dreams, visions and desires through some aspect of the Arts. In my Danny the Dragon book series, I am sharing just one of my 'fantasies and dreams'. As an author, I get to take my readers to places they may not have dreamed of while getting to know characters they have not yet met.
My current project involves the continuous updating of research and creating awareness on a very important topic relating to children and families.
