Hi everyone! Thanks for visiting my profile. I am an artist, writer and photographer. I'm also the mother of three young boys and wife to a talented furniture designer. One of my sons has severe cognitive disabilities, which of course influences my artistic subject matter as well as my life.

A little background: I have a degree in English from the University of Pennsylvania, and a degree in Fine Art from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. My oil paintings are represented by galleries in Philadelphia, New York and Portland (Maine.) I'm returning to illustration after a hiatus necessary while my children were tiny, and I have a few book covers under my belt, and some other projects in the works. I'm a published cartoonist and I've written several magazine articles for national publications. As a child all I wanted to do, really, was read, write and draw. That hasn't changed all that much!
