About Laura
After working in advertising as an art director (winning a MAME and LuLu award), illustrating, and teaching art, I started writing stories for children. I had illustrated a book that got published so long ago, that I totally forgot about it until it landed me on this site. Perfect timing as I jump into this full-time, working on my picture book ms and my illustration portfolio.
