2. wardrobe // szekrény

I used tea-painted paper at here, soon I will write my receipt for to do it.

Teával áztatott papírt használtam háttérnek, hamarosan leírom, h. én hogyan állítom ezt elő.

3. BEACH

A quick vector illustration for IMT’s “Beach” theme. I don’t know where did this weird mermaid come from, but I think her face is kind of cute (click on the image to enlarge) …Hope you like it! /

4. Polka Dots

------------------------------------------------------------------

This mini - illustration was done for no specific subject; I was just doodling and testing some color combinations, you know, during my short secret breaks at work. I then added the dotted background inspired by the Inspire Me Thursday’s Polka Dot theme.

6. 33: Purple Artichoke

08043artichoke_2

It wasn't until I was almost finished with this drawing that I realised it could be made to fit into the latest challenge at Inspire me Thursday ... so I added the orange background to make it truly "Purple & Orange".

But to be honest am not that happy with the orange, it seems to heat things up and I prefer cool background colours. So I've taken the background off digitally and here it is against plain white. Which do you prefer?

I like it against the white ... though that's just personal preference. Fortunately we don't all like the same things else the world would be a boring place ...

I used to grow purple artichokes when I had my wee courtyard garden in Melbourne. I'd let some "flower" as they were amazingly beautiful. And delicious. This one was yummy.

7. FAIL

As he sees no bees around, the cute glutton bear is getting prepared to eat all the honey he has ever wished for. The little doggy steps back fearing his friend will fail in that dangerous mission… and I guess that’s what going to happen as the little bees are hidden inside the envelope, waiting for the right moment to attack!

Black marker doodle on envelope; a combination of illustration Friday’s theme “fail” and Inspire me Thursday’s envelope challenge…I did this on Saturday after work, while drinking a cut of coffee…very relaxing.

10. PLAIN

After all I got some free time to color this illustration, it was a little bit difficult to go beyond my comfort zone with those colors, absolutely not my favorites but I was trying to use only the ones in the background page. Although I had my doubts about posting this, here it comes! Constructive criticism and comparison is highly appreciated!

A plain chicken burger please!

Una hamburguesa de pollo solo por favor!

This week’s theme is plain…so it had to be a plain chicken burger…I don’t know why, but I had no doubts about it! - I would really like to go out of my comfort zone with this one and give it some colors, hope I get some time to do it /El tema de la semana es “plain”…y tenía que ser una simple hamburguesa de pollo!...no sé porque, pero no tenía ni la más mínima duda!

14. Control on making effects in Ps

Here is a doodling that I draw while I was making a phone call with someone.

Here is a background that I painted a few weeks earlier just for fun...

And here is a picture that I made using with these two elements above and making some photoshop effects on. I always feel that I need to control my photoshop things, to keep the handmade feelings on my pictures.
Itt pedig a kettő fenti képből összerakott photoshop-pal bolondított végeredmény...

15. Coffee birds

Painting with coffee is fun, but it is not too enduring, because it has no high quality pigments. But to use it for digital works it's perfect!

17. playing with ps // játék photoshop-pal

1. First I draw the character with pencil and then I put some watercolor on to.
Then I scan it.

2. ... then I do some flikk-flakk in photoshop, and the picture is ready! :) There are so many alternatives in ps to create a mood. I really enjoy to play with it.
