Eric Shoup (GalleyCat)Eric Shoup has been hired as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Scribd.

In the past, Shoup held positions at eBay and Ancestry.com. In his new role, he will focus on increasing the number of subscribers and overseeing the operations of the entire company.
