Her name is Neon and she has black hair and is wearing heavy eye makeup and a hot pink shirt with a cat’s head on the front. There is a whimsical abstract tree in the background against a blue sky. Little purple fruits are hanging from the tree. Neon and Maxie go on all kinds of adventures. Together they plan on taking over the world. But for now they are causing mischief in small towns and farms.
