3. The Thundermans Would You Rather

Max (Jack Griffo), Phoebe (Kira Kosarin) in THE THUNDERMANSSuper-Powered Would You Rather Thundermans Style!

We know you guys love the Nickelodeon show The Thundermans, and a while back we posted a video of Jack Griffo who plays Max. If you don’t already know, The Thundermans stars a family of superheroes trying to live normal everyday lives, while training to save the world. Fourteen-year-old Phoebe is already a superhero, has freeze breath, heat breath, and can move things with her mind. Max, her twin, is a super-villain-in-training (although his parents are hoping it’s just a phase). Their younger brothers and sisters have laser vision, super speed, and teleportation. Now that’s what I call a talented family!

So if you’re a fan of The Thundermans, fly into action with our Would You Rather.

Would you rather:

  1. Be Max or Phoebe?
  2. Have telekinesis (be able to move things with your mind) OR teleportation (disappear and reappear in different places)?
  3. Be a superhero OR super-villain?
  4. Have as a pet Dr. Colosso (cute evil rabbit) OR Judy Hopps (the police officer bunny from Zootopia)?
  5. Live in a family full of superheroes OR a family full of royal kings and queens?
  6. Fly OR be invisible?
  7. Max become a true villain OR change to a good guy?
  8. Get eaten by a Venus flytrap OR get turned into a rat by the Animalizer?

Power up your answers, and transport them into the comments below! And let us know if you love The Thundermans as much as we do.

4. Star Wars Kid Review

star wars the force awakensStar Wars (rated PG and PG-13): it’s the best movie series in the galaxy. The Star Wars story line is amazing. It is jam-packed with action and it has been one of my favorite movie series ever since Darth Vader said, “Luke . . . ”

One of my favorites out of the whole series is Episode VI: Return of the Jedi (rated PG). It has a lot of interesting characters since it is based a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. There are characters like Luke and Leia who are human, but there are characters like Chewbacca and the Ewoks who make the movie a lot more interesting than just humans fighting with lightsabers and blasters.

Chewbacca and Han Solo

These characters have very interesting personalities and they can be very funny. Chewbacca is a Wookie, basically half human, half Bigfoot. I like to think of Ewoks as fluffy teddy bears that can be vicious if you try to take over their territory. It has a lot of action. From lightsaber fights to lightspeed X-Wing battles, Star Wars will definitely keep you on the edge of your seat. If you haven’t seen the movie, I tell you, “This is the movie you are looking for.”

Another amazing thing about Star Wars is the music. John Williams wrote the best music ever for these movies. The music makes you feel like you are in an X-Wing or fighting off Stormtroopers.

I think that Star Wars is one of the best movie series ever created. I would recommend these movies to anyone. If you haven’t seen them, you definitely HAVE to see these movies.

13. High School Musical 4 Casting

High School MusicalBy now, you know that Disney is making High School Musical 4, and instead of using the cast from the original High School Musical movies (remember Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Corbin Bleu, and Ashley Tisdale?), Disney is looking for all-new actors, singers, and dancers aged 14-17 to play the parts of all the Wildcats.

There is an open audition in Anaheim, CA on May 15. If you want to prepare at home, here’s the script:

PEYTON (MORNING, getting ready for school)
It’s like the adults had a meeting and said: “You know how teenagers have a biological need to sleep late? Let’s make them go to school super-crazy early!” Luckily I’ve got sports to keep me going. My family moves a lot for my dad’s job. Not great for making friends. But sports? They’re always there for me. I’ve got a jersey for every mood. Am I feeling Basketball “FUN,” Football “TOUGH” or Soccer “FOCUSED?” Which one says, “Today’s the Start of Something New…YET AGAIN”….??
(Pretends to hold up Soccer jersey) So “Soccer,” you gonna help me “Get My Head in the Game?!”

14. High School Musical 4 Dream Cast

HSMWildcats everywhere, wave your hands up in the air!!

If you, like me, are a High School Musical SUPER-FAN, you are probably SUPER-PSYCHED that High School Musical 4 is in the works. That’s right, everyone: we’re going back to East High! While Gabriella and Troy graduated some time ago (from college now, too), the new generation of East High students are just sliding into their seats in time for the first bell. What we can expect: A whirlwind of new musical numbers, wow-worthy dance sequences, and heartwarming moments. What’s still up in the air: Who’s going to be the new girl? Who’s going to be the star athlete? Who’s going to be the diva-in-charge??

Disney is looking for brand-new actors and actresses to star in this latest sequel. (There is an open audition in Anaheim, CA on May 15.) but we thought it couldn’t hurt to come up with the perfect cast based on the stars we already know and love. Behold: our very own dream cast for High School Musical 4!

The Star Athlete – Blake Michael. If you’ve ever seen Dog with a Blog or Lemonade Mouth, you already know that Blake is incredibly likeable and charming . . . and he can definitely sing! He’d be perfect to play the role of the fun-loving, all-around popular dude, and Troy would be proud to pass the baton to this (really handsome) star on the rise.

The New Girl – China Anne McClain! If you were a fan of A.N.T. Farm, you KNOW this girl can sing (and dance, and play a lot of musical instruments. Is there anything she CAN’T do?). Of course, she was meant to star in a musical! And while she’s more outgoing than Gabriella from the originals, China has her sweetness and a really fun, exciting attitude that would bring fresh energy to the role.

The Queen Bee – Sabrina Carpenter of Girl Meets World. This talented singer-songwriter is already on her way to musical stardom, and she totally has that star quality pizzazz—a lot like Sharpay from the original movies! She’d bring loads of humor and fun, with a healthy dose of heart.

The Shy Genius – Louriza Tronco of Make it Pop. It would be really cool to see Louriza take on a role like Ryan’s from the original High School Musical movies, since she’s a great dancer and is passionate about style—much like Ryan was!

The Loyal Bestie – Jordan Fisher from Teen Beach 2. In addition to wowing us in Teen Beach 2, Jordan also did an AMAZING job in Grease: Live! He can definitely take on a role like Chad’s: a high-energy, super-passionate bestie who can motivate anyone, from his buddy to an entire stadium of basketball fans.

The Supergirl – Sofia Carson from Descendants. While her character Evie in Descendants was not exactly the biggest fan of following the rules, Sofia definitely has the great sense of humor it takes to play the part of the driven, super-smart yearbook editor/scholastic decathlon team captain/class president/BFF the new girl needs to keep her grounded—just like Taylor!

What do you think? Who would be in YOUR dream cast of High School Musical 4? Let us know your thoughts and picks in the Comments below.

Yours in singing High School Musical songs all day, every day, until the new movie comes out,

15. Stuck in the Middle Would You Rather

stuck in the middleStuck in the Middle Would You Rather

If you’ve seen the new show Stuck in the Middle, you’re probably a fan, because once you watch one episode you just can’t stop! At least this was the case for me. The show is about Harley Diaz and her six (yep six!) siblings and she’s the middle kid.

  • Rachael – the oldest, totally vain and into her looks and social media.
  • Ethan – Harley’s favorite sibling, budding musician, and partner in crime.
  • Georgie – basketball player who makes up for lack of “skill” with positive will (known to say “Negativity is loserville, my friend!”). Slightly annoying but kind of funny.
  • Twins Louie and Beast – crazy mini-ninjas.
  • Daphne – the youngest, usually wearing a tutu, tiara, and their mom’s high heels.

Her mom occasionally hides in the pantry to escape from the craziness of seven kids, and the kids often eat food from the garbage. But hey – this just happens sometimes with seven kids in one family!

Would You Rather. . .

  1. Be the oldest of seven siblings OR the youngest?
  2. Have your family forget your birthday OR totally embarrass you in front of your crush on your birthday?
  3. Have your wi-fi cancelled OR your device/tablet broken?
  4. Have a big family OR be an only child?
  5. Be a rock star musician OR world famous scientist?
  6. Only get 3 minutes in the bathroom in the morning OR have to share a toothbrush with your sibling?
  7. Babysit three crazy 5-year olds OR change five poopy diapers?

Let us know what you’d rather in the Comments below!

17. SPONSORED POST The BFG Movie

BFGHow Whoopsey-Splunkers! It’s the BFG!

Disney’s The BFG is out this summer. Check out the spellbinding trailer.

On July 1, 2016, Disney’s The BFG opens in theaters across the United States. From the world’s greatest storytellers—Roald Dahl, Walt Disney, and Steven Spielberg—Dahl’s beloved novel The BFG comes to life.

Directed by Spielberg from a screenplay by Melissa Mathison, The BFG tells the story of a young orphaned girl from London named Sophie (played by Ruby Barnhill) who learns about the wonders and perils of Giant Country after she starts hanging out with—what else—a big friendly giant (the BFG!). Sophie is a bit freaked out at first because, well, it’s a giant.

But the BFG is a gentle soul! He’s just a really TALL gentle soul.

Like more than 20 feet tall.

The BFG teaches Sophie all about dreams and a land called Dream Country. In fact, in Dream Country he collects dreams, stores them in jars, and sends them to children just like her so that they can enjoy them at bedtime. And they’re good dreams—far less frightening than the nine human-hunting other giants who roam Giant Country. YIKES.

The BFG author Roald Dahl is also the writer behind classics such as Matilda and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. And in the book that’s coming to the big screen, Dahl uses his very own made-up language—built of words like “catasterous,” “hopscotchy,” and more—that we call “Gobblefunk.” It’s named after the BFG’s instruction to Sophie: “Don’t gobblefunk around with words.” This year, we celebrate 100 years of masterful storytelling from Roald Dahl!

Dahl came up with his big, friendly character for a short story before writing the novel. He told the story of his giant to his own children long before he’d begun to write drafts of it on a big yellow legal pad. Dahl carried a notebook or pad with him at all times and called it an “Ideas Book.” He scribbled down ideas and sometimes would not revisit them for many years. When he got around to it, he’d return to those ideas, polishing draft after draft before coming up with an exciting finished story like The BFG!

If you picked mostly A’s, you are Dove Cameron!
You are a bubbly, babbling force of pure sunshine! It seems like you never have a bad day, and that’s probably because you are so relentlessly upbeat and determined to find the silver lining in every cloud. Rather than being annoying, though, your positivity is positively infectious! People are drawn to you whether they like it or not, since your shining personality is so much more than skin-deep. You are honest and down-to-earth at your core, and truly believe in the power of positive thinking. You are always quick to show gratitude and very slow to anger. (Do you even ever get angry?) You value your privacy, but also love being around other people.

If you picked mostly B’s, you are Peyton List!
You are stylish, focused, and smart! When it comes to defining your personal style, you consider yourself an icon in the making. Your outward appearance means a lot to you because you consider it an important expression of the person inside. Plus, it’s a lot of fun! While you are excited to try out new trends, you like to balance them out with more classic elements. You enjoy taking your time to figure out what makes you feel best in your own skin, and you present yourself as polished and mature. You are highly organized and incredibly driven. You don’t like to look like you’re working too hard, though! You definitely think before you leap, and you also usually land on your feet. You’re not afraid to get a little messy sometimes, though, and your friends all know you as highly dependable and loyal.

If you picked mostly C’s, you are Rowan Blanchard!
You are incredibly intelligent and love to learn new things! You read basically anything you can get your hands on. You are a great debater, and are unafraid to voice your opinions (because you’ve got facts on facts on facts). But even though you’re brilliant and talented, you’re also very humble and thoughtful. People are drawn to you because you are as easygoing as you are smart, and you are a true original. You’ve never been one to follow trends; you like to forge your own path by doing what makes you happy and encouraging others to do the same. You’re so excited to be a part of any change that makes the world a better place. Your friends love you because they can be themselves around you and feel comfortable–and feel inspired to be even truer, happier versions of themselves. Plus, you’re always making them laugh with your witty jokes!

If you picked mostly D’s, you are Laura Marano!
You are a creative genius, but very shy. You’re more of a behind-the-scenes kind of person. You’re happiest when you’re hard at work creating a masterpiece, be it a song, painting, dance, novel, or screenplay. whatever it is, you like to get lost in the process. It’s your favorite place to be. You don’t like the spotlight, but don’t mind people who do. In fact, you get along with almost anyone, although sometimes you may be a bit too intense for other people! That’s fine, though; your real friends understand and respect (and also admire) your genius and desire to keep a low profile.

If you picked mostly E’s, you are Zendaya!
You are cooler than cool. The term trendsetter just doesn’t do you justice! You’re always three steps ahead of the crowd. You will try anything once, and are able to pull off just about any look or style because of your bold and adventurous attitude. You’re not afraid to stick up for yourself and others, and can even make other adults think twice about what they say or do. Bravo!

21. Facts About SpongeBob

SpongeBob SquarePantsInteresting Facts About SpongeBob

Most people think they know everything there is to know about SpongeBob SquarePants. He lives in a pineapple under the sea; he works at the Krusty Krab flipping Krabby Patties; his best friend is a not-so-bright starfish named Patrick, etc. Well, there’s much more to know about the star of Nickelodeon’s longest-running cartoon series. For instance . . .

  • SpongeBob’s name was almost “SpongeBoy.” It’s true. During production of the first episode, it was discovered that “SpongeBoy” was already taken and trademarked by a mop company. So the writers went back to the drawing board, changed the “y” to a “b”, and the name SpongeBob was born!
  • The guy who created SpongeBob used to be a marine biologist. His name is Steven Hillenburg, and he made his living studying marine life (including sea sponges)! You’d think with all that undersea knowledge, he would know that sponges don’t really talk.
  • It’s easy to learn to laugh like SpongeBob. The actor, Tom Kenny, who plays the famous sponge, explains how to do it. Just make an “Aaaaaaaahhhh!” sound (like a dolphin) and move your hand up and down on your throat. Try it! Annoying, huh?
  • Although SpongeBob’s fellow KrustyKrab employee is named Squidward, he is actually not a squid, but an octopus. He’s kind of a freak though, because octopi have 8 legs, and Squidward only has 6.

If you picked mostly A’s, you are REY!
You are resourceful and brave, and never let hard times get you down — in fact, you bounce back twenty times stronger! You have a natural ability to pick up almost any skill, and sometimes it can be frustrating because you want to master everything all at once. You’re always operating at 500 miles per hour, but have a great eye for detail. You should remember to take time to slow down and take care of yourself while you’re busy saving the universe!

If you picked mostly B’s, you are FINN!
You are a truly brave soul, willing to put yourself at risk. Even in the darkest of times, you’re able to find something to smile about (and make other people smile, too). While you sometimes doubt your own abilities and would rather stay out of the spotlight, you should have more faith in yourself–you are an incredible team player. After all, it takes team work to make the dream work! You’re excellent at keeping your friends and companions motivated, and without you, they wouldn’t be able to achieve half of the things that they do.

If you picked mostly C’s, you are PADMÉ AMIDALA!
You are incredibly bright, a master negotiator, and feel very, very strongly about sticking up for people who can’t stick up for themselves. People naturally gravitate towards you and look to you as an example of everything that an excellent leader should be!

If you picked mostly D’s, you are OBI WAN KENOBI!
You are the voice of reason among your friends, which can sometimes drive them a little nuts, but you are usually right! Your dedication to obeying the rules and considering everything logically is only surpassed by your steadfast loyalty and generous heart. And while you’d never break the rules yourself, you can understand why other people do. You are an excellent listener and always give the very best advice, and your friends are very, very lucky to have such a wonderful moral compass to guide them through tricky (and sticky) situations!

If you picked mostly E’s, you are R2-D2!
You are the life of the party! You are a prankster and love a good laugh, but always come through for your friends in their time of need. You’re incredibly bright, though sometimes people (especially parents and teachers!) get frustrated with you because you’d rather be making mischief than studying. However, you have a perfect balance of silly and sweet, which is why no one can stay mad at you for long!
