1. Joseph Clement Coll's Illustrations

Wowie....take a look at Joseph Clement Coll's incredible pen and ink line work. It'll make you drool if you love pen and ink and linework. And here's a site full of great art books, Flesk Publications (I want them all)

2. Sol in NY

Sol is in New York for Book Expo America - Chicano style. I'll be attending the Latino Book Awards, panels on Latino publishing and the launch party of LIP (Latinos in Publishing). Keep trucha for sneaky additions to the ends of other peoples posts (OPP) with news and views from the convention floor. It's like a treasure hunt.

Currently, it's 11pmish (closer to midnight) and I'm at a friend's apartment on the 10th floor typing on the balcony that overlooks the city. Superpadrissimo!

If you're a Chicano or Latino in publishing or an author or algo and attending the conferencia, send me an email and we'll meet up.

Meanwhile, enjoy all the posting from my comadre and compadritos and watch for those OPPs. If I can figure out my new camera, there will be fotos tambien.
