Musings and art from an illustrator trying to work as a comic artist
1. Published Illustrator

Some cool news this week, I found out that the first game product I did art for was officially published. I created about 28 small illustrations for a series of figure flats (think game tokens). I did the work for a company called Pinnacle. They create roleplaying games using a system called Savage Worlds. I also found out that they want to illustrate soem creature picture for a book about monsters for one of their settings called Solomon Kane. It should be an interesting and challenging job since I'll be painting the creatures.

I'm slowly getting more work from publishers. With my stuff being published I should be getting more recognition now. It was definetely nice seeing my name in the credits of the product. A good credit to add to my resume.
In other news I recently completed the pencils for the cover of the second issue of Bang. I'm planning to paint this one. I have about 4 pages of pencilling to do on issue two and then the inking can begin. So for all of you eagerly waiting for issue 2, all I can say is look for it in the summer!
