I have a mildly random question for Jess. You know how your blog has that "About Me" section? And how there is a picture of you with a horse in that section? Well, I was wondering if you could tell us some more about that horse-he or she is really pretty!

My weekend is pretty good. I finished RR last night it was fabulous...but I am so ready for Home Sweet Drama I can't believe we are already on book eight(I guess by we I mean Jess but I mean we are reading it so I guess we is okay). I know I sound like a depressed mom but it is going by to fast I can't take it. Well...the books go by fast the wait not so much. But anyways I had a soccer tournament this weekend and a horse show but I had to give up the horse show cause mom says soccer is a team sport and that they were depending on me to be there.Thats really it though.

OMG!! My 14th B-Day is TOM!!! But my Dad has to leave really early for a business trip tom too, so that really sucks! :( Anyway, I haven't gotten RR yet, but I'm hoping to get it tonight, becuase we're all opening up my presents tonight b/c of my Dad's flight tom. Then, on my REAL birthday my Grandparents are going to take me to the Almamo Drafthouse to see the Blind Side! I heard it was AWESOME!! Also my little bro had a gymnastics meet this morning, but he had on "off" day so I'm trying to cheer him up! I get to ride today too,YYYYAAAYYY!!!

I need some advice. Yesterday I had a make-up lesson 4 horseback riding, but I had to ride a different horse. I was cool with that, but during the lesson, I fell off twice. I don't blame the horse I was riding, and falling off was a blast, but I don't know what I was doing wrong. The other people I was riding with said she always spooks at flower boxes so I guess that's why she didn't jump the cross- rail. I'm still not convinced that that was the issue. Do u know what might be some other possibilities?? THNX!!

Could you PLEASE post the first chapter of Home Sweet Drama? I can't wait till April to read HSD!!! Please, please, please post it- i'm begging you!!! I am on simon and schuster's website and barnes and noble's website every other day looking to see if they posted the first chapter yet. The ending of RR is driving me INSANE!!! They don't show the back but what is written on the back is like sort of under the pic of the book....as soon as you get there you have to search Home Sweet Drama.

today I just got like a billion things of clothing from bloomingdales and deisel my fave designer stores I also got a new PHONE the lg xenon with a touch screen and full keyboard and unlimited texting! I also got all that songs and episods of glee! gotta go now i'm going to get a new iPod touch cuz mine broke and to see sherlock homles

I ordered LWL and RR online. I got LWL a while ago, but I went to my B&N and saw RR!!! I texted my mom and asked if my book had come yet, and it hadn't! Ugh. So I'm gonna have to wait until the 26th to read RR. :O!!!!
My weekend was good. :) I went to my friend's house from Friday till this morning, then went to my riding lesson where I rode a horse I've never ridden before. He's a big boy! He's 17 hands! I felt huge! Lol. He takes a little getting used to, but it was fun. :)

Thoroughbredstar-if Devyn is just some random girl from a math class then i don't think she would be the mystery girl! good thinking but..I don't think Devyn is the MG(mystery girl)

Jeez Anonymous do you like to shop or what?! I barley get that much stuff at like Christmas....sigh..oh well.

My weekend was going pretty well...I had a five day weekend so that is always good.I also had a soccer tournament which is a fun thing but it would have been better out of town. I got to hang out with the team though and they are some entertaining people to be around. The bad things of this weekend consist of:
1. My BFF broke her arm before a soccer game
2. My other best friend got a concussion during a game and her mom freaked and wouldn't let her finish the tournament
3. And we tied all our games even though we shot about a millon times our ratio of shoot to score was probably around 200:1
.........still not a bad weekend though

Most of the Barnes & Nobles have RR in!!! :) It's so super good. Just wish Sasha would tell Paige what really happened. My weekend has been so awesome, swim meet then nothing on MLK day!! :) :D

Also, I've been previously hesistant to apply to anywhere in NYC and Nova Ren Suma convinced me that it's the most awesome place on Earth and then I remember how you were when you were when you moved to NYC, and I know I can do it!

Hey Jess...have you already chosen the title for the 12th CC book yet? Because if you haven't I think it would be supercool if you posted a thread where we would all give you ideas for a title. Then you could choose a winning title and give the winner some sort of prize, like an early copy of Home Sweet Drama? Even if you already have a title, it would be cool to see what names other people could come up with. Maybe you'd even change your mind!

i just got back from lessons, too! it was really fun but we had to do this tricky jumping course with really tight turns, but it was fun. my school borse liked the carrot i gave her, it still had the green stem on it:)

ya, but i think that me and sasha are very alike. we're both 7th graders, we both love horses and riding, we both love lipgloss and we both are fashionable. i really wish canterwood was an actual real skool. that would b awesome and i would definetley go there :)

I'm kindove like Sasha, I mean we both like, scratch that, LOVE horses, I have an almost boy friend who's too shy to ask me out all though he wants to (friend asked him if he would go out w/ me and i got rly mad at her.), we both read..A LOT!, but i'm not nearly as lucky as her. I have to agree with Gabbie B. I pictured Paige about the same as her. Don't get me wrong it's not that this Paige isn't pretty or anything she is just different than I would have imagined Paige. I always thought she would have wavy hair red hair about shoulder lenght, no bangs, and green bluish eyes. But I guess you know Paige more than anyone and Paige is probably different for everyone.

Oh yeah! I am soo glad there is going to be a video about how to dress Canterwood style. Those clothes are soo cute and I always wish I could have them. Is it gonna be posted on this website cause I check this page everyday and I will want to see that as soon as it comes out.

Thanks for answering my question. I have always wondered, do you get to pick the models for your covers? I imagine you get some say in your covers, right?
And do your models ever read your books? ;-) I think that would be pretty cool. Being the model you wouldn't have to imagine how they look, just look in the mirror. :-) lol.

Like I said before, you should totally make a movie for Canterwood Crest!!! I just introduced my horsey friend @ school to the Canterwood Crest books, and she LOVES them! She's like literally addicted to them like I am. :D Wouldn't it be really cool if there was actually a school called Canterwood Crest just like that?! Canterwood Crest: I loved The Complete Idiot's Guide to Writing for Young Adults. It's a really great books. Also, magazines like The Writer and Writer's Digest are fab.

Jess: My dream horse would be Charm! A chestnut thoroughbred with a blaze, a white sock, but most of all--a wonderful personality.

Kathryn: Publishing is tough, but it's not to something to be discouraged by. Finish a book first, then start sending queries to agents. Get a copy of The Writer's Market and it'll have a listing of all of the agents, their preferences and it'll teach you how to write a query.

Sadly I didn't have enough money to get BE, too. But I'll probally get it for christmas. I'm glad Sasha and Callie are back to being friends. I also can't believe Eric and Sasha KISSED. *hopefully I'm not giving away anything for people who havent read it yet*. They are so perfect for eachother. I totally agree with Eric, Jacob wasn't good enough for Sasha. If I had a boyfriend, I would want him to be like Eric. Anyway, love the book and can't wait to read BE and the others.

2. Are the Canterwood Crest books going to be just 7th and 8th grade for Sasha and her friends? Or will they go into high school too? I know you said there will be 12 books, but I just wanted to know.

3. Is there any good way for a teen to get published? I know if you are young, getting published is hard, but any advice?

The books are really, really good, and I've been trying to find the fifth book, but so far they're all sold out. :( Maybe I'll get them for Christmas. I'm crossing my fingers.

Chealse the books have already been optioned for a movie or tv show. but if you wanted to play a part you know you have to go for an audition.

It would be cool, if cc turned into a movie. Lolz. :D

I think a tv show would be better cause then there would be one out like every two weeks. With a movie it's longer but then you have to wait a long time till another one comes out.

OOh that woyld be fun to be in a movie! I ride English and look just like sasha! that would be awesome!

Canterwood Crest was a book that I hadn't really heard about, and it hadn't been recommended to me. I found it by fate - just looking around in the bookstore and it was there. I bought it and proceeded to buy the next two, and was estatic when I found Triple Fault.

I have to wait until August 16th the get Triple Fault :( I resevered a copy at Books-A-Million, (the open you had your book signing at Jessica!) and I have to wait until the second shipment comes in on the 16th!
