Listening Library was founded in 1955 by Anthony and Helen Ditlow in their home. When they started the business they used a spare bedroom to store records, and process and ship orders. Much has changed in the ensuing 50 years and today Listening Library is part of the Random House Audio Publishing Group, a division of Random House, Inc.
Specifically interested in books with these subjects or themes: fiction and non-fiction for young and adult listeners (biographies, african-american interests, business, cookery, education, entertainment, family, history,humor, language, law, music, nature, politic, reference, science, sport, travel)
