Thanks for the welcome (and Eric too!). I have been on vacation in NS for a couple weeks, and this is the first chance I have had to look at this.

Candle Wax Ministries is the name I used for the things I do. I write songs and poetry and books, and as a teen wrote a song that became my signature tune. (I had to sing it everywhere I went!) and it was called "The Candle".

If you look at the picture of the logo, you can see a candle burning, and the wax dripping down. I like to think that my life is flowing out to others like the candle wax, as I burn for Jesus, and that the light I display will make it easier for others to see Him and His love for them. So I call what I do "Candle Wax Ministries" whether it be singing, speaking, writing, or just living my life!

So the majority of my writing is "Christian" in message, but I like to have fun with it, and make it accessible, not preachy (after all, I do have blue hair, and am not the "typical" pastor's wife! LOL!)

What kind of writing to do you? Still learning here, so how do I get to read some of your work?
