This suspenseful mystery is a page turner. The book is presented as a lost journal but the narrative doesn’t match a personal journal format. Still the storyline and the characters are well developed which kept me hooked. I really enjoyed the unique ending that the author uses to tie up all the loose strings. Overall, the Poisoned House is a fun book to escape with.
