	ngressle said: I am a huge fan of Chris Van Allsburg's work. I got my first edition of this book signed by him in 1992 when he was visiting a book store no longer in business "Drews Books" in Hyde Park. This book is a great tale and fun to read. The illustrations are wonderful tone on texture, his ability to capture light and darkness and create a mood makes him one of the people I wish I had had as a teacher. tags: Inspired me
