Melissa Studdard intersperses elements of music, magic, myth, native Indian iconography and mystery that leaves the readers yearning for a sequel. Although, this is a children's book, like Harry Potter, adults will be equally mesmerized by the trials and travails of the cheeky and courageous Annalise.
