I think the humour coupled with the wonderful zany illustrations is totally appealing. Russell's friend Frankie frog is also loved and gets huge laughs. What's also great is there's an opportunity for counting and number fun as well as showing Russell as part of a larger family unit. These books are good, clean fun! tags: I recommend
