One is too young in high school to appreciate the meaning of the work and, more importantly, it's prime message shouldn't be relayed to people too early in life. You should at least be in college before you read it. It's a life-changing and enlightening book if read at the right time. Too early in life and you can't understand it - too late in life and you resist what it has to teach.
