USA Today states that new freshmen at VA high schools will be required to take classes that give a firm grounding in key concepts of financial literacy and money management. VA joins Missouri, Utah and Tennessee as one of the few states that require core financial education classes, instead of merely interspersing personal finance lessons into pre-existing classes.
