His adventures take Moniko not only to the Earth world, but also the City of Light within his home. Knowledge is gained not only through his own experiences, but also through those that Moniko listens and learns from on his adventures.

Mentored by the Elder who provides wisdom to Moniko, understanding of what is seen, but not understood. The journey that you take as you read these chapters; will become a part of who you are also. In understanding a natural quest, that each has, you will find yourself as Moniko, Elder, and all that he encounters.

The journey is mystical, magical, and enlightening. The book can be reread, with each time a new understanding being realized.

Although there are many books that relate to the Sun, the Adventures of Moniko allow the reader to experience the journey and knowledge on a personal level, which is unique to the reader. With each read, though the words do not change, the journey will be complete in many forms.

The genre for this book as close as could be related would be Inspirational fiction. Although the book is wrote with a child like spirit as the main character, the adventures are for all ages.

My motivation in putting these words to print is bringing a book into this world, not bound by religious definition of secular, but to include thoughts and beliefs of many interpretations. A bridge for humanity.
