From the supplier: Schools are encouraged to implement health, physical education, recreation and dance (HPERD) programs to stem the rash of violent incidents being reported in several educational institutions. HPERD programs provide youths with outlets for expending their negative feelings. On the other hand, all forms of violence should be eliminated from physical education and other extracurricular activities.
