My reaction to a book or movie featuring drugs, alcohol, violence, and sex depends on how they are handled. When it comes to Zoo Station, the story of Christiane F, I'm conflicted because it is foremost a documentary and only to a lesser extent a cautionary tale about the dangers of drug abuse.
