MontessoriHOME Level 3 is the last step in spring-boarding a new reader into reading independence. Building on intermediate reading skills it expands vocabulary with increasingly challenging words and letter combinations and more complicated sentences. Ducky, the MontessoriHOME tutor, takes the student through this last step by reading, help and guidance through the 3 books and many games on the interactive CD. Hours of practice further fortify the learning experience. The Level 3 Volume 1 books and companion CD feature Bubbles, an enchanting poem about a washday that gets out of hand; Jet and the Red Bike, a story of learning; and Jill who is pleasantly surprised by a natural "treasure" found in her garden. Each sturdy case houses the 3 story books (above) and their companion interactive CD, word lists for each book and parent-teacher instructions. As an added benefit, children can safely access the MontessoriHOME website featuring games, books and other learning tools.
