The snow is knee deep in a small town nestled in the heart of the Appalachian Mountains in Virginia, and the town is at a stand still. Three angels in disguise-known as Anthony, Chloe, and Megan-set out to bring Christmas to the Cane family. This family is very poor, and they are sick with the flu, so Anthony is very determined to help them. They use Santa's old sleigh to get around. The sleigh is pulled by Duchess, the Great American Bulldog. Anthony wears a red hat that is mystical, and when he places the hat on his head, the sleigh can fly. They travel all over town, collecting food, clothes, shoes, toys, Christmas trees, and money for the Cane family. They meet a lot of wonderful people, they face danger they never dreamed of, and they meet someone very special who changes their lives forever.
